1.2. By using our Platform and purchasing products, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any transactions on our Website.


2. Pricing and Taxes

2.1. All product prices listed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Prices of products may change from time to time due to promotions, market conditions, or updates from the brand suppliers. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time of placing the order.
2.3. BLUSH BLUSH reserves the right to modify or update pricing without prior notice.


3. Payment Methods

3.1. We accept the following payment methods:

3.3. For successful order placement, payment must be processed and confirmed before dispatch (except in the case of COD orders).


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

4.1. COD may be available for select orders and pin codes at our discretion.
4.2. We may charge a nominal COD handling fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4.3. BLUSH BLUSH reserves the right to cancel COD orders in the case of repeated rejections, unverifiable address, or suspected misuse.


5. Shipping Charges

5.1. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and are based on factors such as cart value, location, and promotional campaigns.
5.2. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain cart value, which will be clearly mentioned during promotions or checkout.
5.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products as determined under our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Payment Confirmation & Invoice

6.1. Upon successful payment, an order confirmation and invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
6.2. You may also access your invoice through your account dashboard on our Website.


7. Payment Failures & Refunds

7.1. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. You may retry using an alternate payment method.
7.2. If an amount is debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original source within 5–7 business days.
7.3. For returns and order cancellations, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Fraud Prevention & Dispute Handling

8.1. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is found to be fraudulent or unauthorised.
8.2. In case of suspected fraudulent transactions, we may withhold or delay delivery until the legitimacy of the transaction is verified.
