Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At BLUSH BLUSH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellation, product return, and refunds.



1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Pre-dispatch Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, go to My Orders section or contact our customer support at support@theblushblush.com.

  • Once the order is successfully canceled, the refund (if already paid) will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

1.2 Post-dispatch Cancellation:

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may reject the delivery or opt for a return once delivered (if eligible).


2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (personal care, skincare, cosmetics), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damagedexpiredwrong, or defective product.

  • The product is unusedsealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 Non-returnable Products:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events (unless damaged/defective)

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

2.3 Return Process:

  • Contact us at support@theblushblush.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide order details, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.

  • Once approved, our reverse logistics partner will pick up the item within 3–5 business days.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Method:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.

3.2 Refund Timeline:

  • Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of payment failures or rejected orders, the amount will be automatically refunded within 7 working days.

3.3 Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product).

  • In cases of partial return of multiple items, shipping costs will not be refunded.


4. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original condition with invoice and all accompanying materials.

  • We reserve the right to reject a return/refund request if it fails quality checks.

  • BLUSH BLUSH holds the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page periodically.
